Another Scott & Stapleton coup
Scott & Stapleton and myself have been very privileged with instructions to sell some very distinct and landmark properties locally in the past. These have included in the past properties on Marine Parade, Warren Road & Chalkwell Esplanade. I am pleased to announce that that trend is continuing with the announcement of the release of the properties on the corner of Chalkwell Avenue & Esplanade Gardens.
I have been watching the properties be built and refurbished with interest and was over the moon when developers Elmore Homes chose us to market them. Elmore Homes are renowned builders known for their quality builds including Chapmans Sands on Chalkwell seafront. Not many developments still have such a good reputation after being built for over 10 years!
The houses offered for sale include two brand new ones offered at £975,000 each of approx. 2,500 sq ft. These are of extremely high specification with underfloor heating throughout and photovoltaic solar panels. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 luxury en suite shower rooms & a modern family bathroom. The ground floor has a 25’ dual aspect lounge, separate dining room & 19’5 x 15’8 kitchen/family room with bi-folding doors on to the rear garden, luxury kitchen with integrated Smeg appliances, utility room & ground floor cloakroom. Each house has ample off street parking, south or west backing rear gardens & single or double garage.
The original house is extremely impressive and has been sympathetically restored and modernised. This is a huge house of approx. 3,500 sq ft and has 4 large reception rooms, stunning bespoke solid wood kitchen with large island unit, stunning fitted dresser, integrated Smeg appliances including two wine coolers (one is never enough!), larder cupboard, utility room & ground floor cloakroom. The first floor has the master bedroom suite & WOW! How can you possibly live without ‘his & hers’ separate dressing rooms, massive bedroom & luxury en suite with opulent freestanding bath. There are 2 further huge double bedrooms, another en suite & family bathroom to this floor whilst the top floor has yet another huge bedroom with luxury en suite shower room. I just worry about cleaning all those bathrooms but then again it is not something that is going to bother me, unfortunately!
Outside is a large double garage, ample off street parking via two block paved driveways and a sunny south/west backing rear garden. The whole development is set off by an impressive newly built brick wall that has really set off the development and become a feature of the area. The new properties have fitted in perfectly with the surrounding ones and the original house and this is always a sign of great quality and attention to detail and I must say they do not disappoint.
New properties are very rare to this area and is you would like a turn key home, yards from the seafront, walking distance of Chalkwell station and close to Leigh Broadway then I defy you to find anything of better quality?
