Southend City Council are always looking at new ways of working and are looking to engage landlord's views on private sector leasing schemes and how this will work best within the City of Southend-on-Sea.

Southend City Council will lease your property for a set period to house people who are in housing need. They will be responsible for the property during the period of the lease, and you get a guaranteed rent for the period.

Southend Council would love to hear your opinions and feedback on the potential Private Sector Leasing Scheme.
