Chemical burn assault in Westcliff - Witness Appeal

A 19 year old man is believed to of had a suspected corrosive liquid thrown at him cultimating in burns to his arm and shoulder. 

A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the assault but detectives believe that other people may have been involved in the incident and are particularly keen to speak with a blonde lady who entered a local convenience store at around 1:20pm that day.
