Cocktail of the week - LEMON MERINGUE PIE

With the weather hotting up, shake up some of these sweet citrus treats to sip on a sunny Sunday afternoon, bliss!

You'll need:

• 20ml Vodka
• 20ml Licor 43
• 20ml Limoncello
• 1/2 a Lemon
• Lemon Sherbet
• Vanilla Syrup
• Soda
• Ice
• Jam jar
• Whipped Cream

The method behind the madness:

1. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon into your jam jar then add a splash of vanilla syrup & 1/2 a teaspoon of lemon sherbet.
2. Throw in 20ml of the following - Vodka, Licor 43 & Limoncello.
3. Add ice, shake then top up with soda.
4. Top with whipped cream & lemon sherbet then pop in a straw & you're ready to go!
