Cocktail of the week - COCONUT MARGARITA

I'm going through a bit of a tequila phase at the moment so here's the latest in my recent fix - a cheeky coconut margarita. Its dead simple to make & is a perfect little summer drink for all this lovely weather we've been having recently!

You'll need:

The method in the madness

1. Run a lime wedge round the edge of a martini glass then dip the glass in dessicated coconut to create a coconut rim.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add a shot of tequila, a shot of malibu, a shot of egg white, a splash of syrup and the juice of 1/2 a lime.
3. Shake with ice & and strain into your glass, simples!
