Dark & mysterious, it's The Black Pearl!

Packed with golden tequila, this recipe is to be treasured! Sink it at your peril!

You Will Need:

- 25ml Reposado (Gold) Tequila
- 25ml Blue Curacao
- 20ml Grenadine
- 1/2 a Lime
- 25ml Egg White
- A Cocktail Shaker
- Ice
- A Martini glass or Champagne Saucer

The Method Behind The Madness:

1. Fill your shaker with ice & throw in a shot of tequila & a shot of blue curacao
2. Squeeze 1/2 a lime and bang it in with a splash of grenadine & a shot of egg white
3. Shake it hard!
4. Strain into your glass & garnish with a twist of lime.
5. Sink it like Jack Sparrow!
