Cocktail of the week - GREENFLY

Now that Easter is over, summer is just around the corner! So let's get stuck into some beach style cocktails! Here I've mixed Bourbon with flavours of peach, orange, vanilla & apple for a fresh, fruity & easy drinking summer tipple.

You'll need:

• 25ml Bourbon
• 15ml Peach Schnapps
• 20ml Blue Curacao
• Splash of Vanilla Syrup
• Pressed Apple Juice
• Rim (optional) - Sour Apple Sherbet
• Garnish - Cocktail Cherry
• Jam Jar
• Ice

The method behind the madness:

1. Fill your jam jar with ice & add Bourbon, Peach Schnapps & Blue Curacao.
2. Add a splash of Vanilla Syrup & some Pressed Apple juice.
3. Pop the lid on & shake hard.
4. Top up with some more apple juice & pop in a cherry.
