Cocktail of the week - Kiwi Cooler

Kiwi Cooler!

This bright & colourful cocktail has fresh flavours of kiwi, orange & vanilla for a taste of the tropics!

You'll need:

30ml Vanilla Vodka (Absolut or Stoli)
20ml Blue Curacao
1/2 a lime
1 Kiwi Fruit
Simple Syrup
Ice
Shaker & Strainer
A short glass

The Method Behind The Madness:

1. Cut a thin slice of your kiwi fruit and set aside to use as your garnish.
2. Scoop out the fruit and throw into your shaker, along with 2 lime quarters & a splash of syrup.
3. Give it a good bash with a muddler!
4. Add 30ml of vanilla vodka & 20ml of blue curacao, then fill with ice & shake hard!
5. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice, pop in a straw, garnish with the kiwi slice & enjoy!
