Cocktail of the week - PASSION PUNCH

February is here & with Valentine's Day just around the corner its time to get passionate! If you're feeling fruity then this cocktail will do the trick!

You'll need:

- 25ml White Rum
- 25ml Malibu
- 50ml Pineapple Juice
- Grenadine
- 1 Passion Fruit
- 2 Lemon wedges
- Ice
- Cocktail Shaker
- A short or tall glass

The Method Behind The Madness:

1. Cut the passion fruit in half & set aside one half of it.
2. Scoop out the centre of one half & throw into your shaker along with 2 lemon wedges. Give it a good muddle.
3. Fill the shaker with ice & add a shot of white rum & a shot of malibu.
4. Add 2 shots of pineapple juice & shake!
5. Strain into a glass filled with ice, add a splash of grenadine, garnish with the passion fruit & you're done!
