Cocktail of the week - Raspberry Cheesecake

This delicious cake in a glass is so simple to make & can be whipped up in a couple of minutes! If you're a calorie counter I'd probably look away now!

You'll need:

  • 25ml White Rum
  • 25ml Chambord
  • 15ml Baileys
  • Double Cream
  • Raspberry Coulis
  • Vanilla Syrup
  • Raspberries for garnish
  • Ice
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • A rocks glass

The method behind the madness:

  1. Add ice to your shaker & throw in a shot of Rum & a shot of Chambord.
  2. Add a splash of vanilla syrup, 50ml of double cream & shake.
  3. Fill a glass with ice & add 15ml of Baileys.
  4. Pour the contents of the shaker slowly into the glass.
  5. With a spoon, add some raspberry coulis on top, then garnish with fresh raspberries.
