Cocktail of the week - Sherry Christmas

Get in the spirit with this Christmas shooter!

With festive flavours of almond, cinnamon, raisins & white chocolate it will be sure to sweeten up any Scrooges!

You'll need:

- 15ml Pedro Ximinez Sherry
- 15ml White Crème de Cacao
- 15ml Amaretto
- Ground Cinnamon
- Brown Sugar
- A large shot glass
- A lime wedge
- A tablespoon


The method in the madness:

1. Run the wedge of lime around the rim of your shot glass & dip the glass in a mixture of cinnamon & brown sugar.
2. Pour in 15ml of Pedro Ximinez Sherry.
3. Slowly pour 15ml of Crème de Cacao into the glass over an upturned tablespoon.
4. Repeat with 15ml of Amaretto, if done correctly it will have a nice layered effect.
5. Down in one!
