Cocktail of the week - SWEET SHOP SOUR

For those of you with a sweet tooth this one's a real go-er & is sure to impress your party guests! With flavours of raspberry & vanilla, it looks and tastes like a Fab ice lolly too!

You'll Need:

35ml Vodka
15ml Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
25ml Cranberry Juice
1/2 a Lime
Monin Vanilla Syrup
Egg White
Cherry Bitters (optional)
Cocktail Shaker & Muddler
Ice
Martini Glass or Champagne Coupe
Hundreds & thousands
Cocktail Cherry

The Method Behind The Madness:

1. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass & dip the glass into a dish of hundreds & thousands.
2. Squeeze half a lime into your shaker & throw in one egg white, a splash of vanilla syrup & a dash of cherry bitters.
3. Give it a bash with a muddler & then fill the shaker with ice.
4. Throw in 35ml Vodka, 15ml Chambord & 25ml of Cranberry Juice
5. Shake hard & strain into your glass, then garnish with a cocktail cherry
