Last Saturday, I travelled to Birmingham for the day to present and take part in a fitness event called Beatz Live and I can’t put into words how good these events make you feel. Dancing in a room full of like minded people having fun and getting fit, plus we’re all a bit crazy when we get together. These events happen every few months, they give me inspiration, motivation and I am so lucky to be part of this fitness family.

I have been lucky enough to present at numerous fitness events and conventions in the UK and around the world including Move It, Move Fit, Be:Fit London, International Fitness Showcase, Britain's Next Top Model Live, Fitpro Convention, BodyPower UK, Leisure Industry 

Week, Project Fit Convention, B-fit Expo, Seni Expo, Fitcamps, Vent Convention, Fitness Fiesta, RIP Fitness, UFD, Solid Sound Convention (Holland), FIBO (Germany), Rimini Wellness (Italy) & The Australian Health & Fitness Expo (Sydney, Australia) which was an amazing experience.

So I am so pleased to bring an event to Leigh….

Fit & Fresh – Sunday 2^nd June

A fitness, health and welling event where you can try out classes, meet local fitness and health professionals, find out about their services as well as shop.
