Gluten Free Essentials on the LOS Shop

Gourmet Deli are selling a range of gluten free products from the Leigh-on-Sea Shop. On offer is a range of flour and pasta made from a selection of gluten free crops, great for those with coeliac desire or anyone trying to cut down on gluten.

Gluten free flour can be used in any recipe that uses standard, plain flour. The trick is to add eggs and a small amount of xanthum gum in order to strengthen the dough or batter (this strengthening is usually done by the gluten in plain flour).
