Hello Darling!

Two of London's most notorious set designers and a Masterchef winner have joined forces to create a beautiful new space in Waterloo. Hello Darling is the work of Darling and Edge and chef Natalie Coleman, and will combine dreamy interiors with floral cocktails and seasonal small plates.

The venue is designed by the duo behind Alice's Adventures Underground Bar and Beauty and the Feast and is modelled on a house, with a labyrinth of rooms to experience. Aiming to create a home away from home, the space will feature a large theatrical dining room complete with hand-painted furniture and frescoed ceilings, while other areas will have bathtubs in which to sip cocktails and a library covered in butterflies.

Drawing on her experiences in restaurants such as Le Gavroche and St Johns, Natalie Coleman has created a floral menu designed to share; think slow-braised lamb with butterbean and nettle pesto, and smoked haddock scotch egg with tartar sauce and seaweed. Cocktails are just as pretty, with a botanical theme running throughout.
