Cocktail of the week - JOSE'S OLD FASHIONED

This week I've gone for a little Mexican twist on the classic old fashioned cocktail. The combination of tequila, cinnamon & orange makes for a delectable after dinner drink.

You'll need:

• 50ml Anejo Tequila (dark in colour from barrel ageing, it's smoother & more chocolatey than its blanco & golden counterparts)
• Angostura Bitters
• Cinnamon Syrup
• Orange peel & cocktail cherry for garnish

The Method:

1. Fill your glass with ice & pour in a double shot of tequila.
2. Add a dash of angostura bitters & a splash of cinnamon syrup.
3. Stir for 2-3 minutes then garnish with orange peel & a cocktail cherry.
