Lady McAdden Wellness Event In Leigh-on-Sea is overwhelming success

Lady McAdden held an extremely successful Women's Wellness Event at Leigh-on-sea Community Centre on Saturday 14th October.

Over 100 women attended the free event which included Private appointments with Nurse Natalie, Gentle Yoga Classes, and talks on the menopause, self examination, breath work, coping with stress and anxiety, nutrition and building resilience.

With fantastic feed back from participants who found the day really enjoyable and informative.

Lady McAdden promotes the early detection of breast cancer through advice, awareness and education. As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Lady McAdden are holding a number of events to engage with local women including wellness sessions, yoga classes, awareness stands, an increased number of Nurse appointments, and coffee, chat and check sessions.
