Leigh-on-sea named the happiest place to live - AGAIN!

Rightmove surveyed more than 21,000 people across 219 areas of Britain to find out how satisfied they are with factors including feeling safe, communinity spirit, earning enough money to live comfortably, proximity to green spaces and amenities, friendliness and artistic and cultural activities. 

Leigh-on-sea came out on top after scoring highly for community spirit, the opportunity to develop skills, and restaurants and shops. It was last crowned the happiest place to live in Great Britain back in 2016!

Living in Leigh-on-sea comes at an above-average price with the average house price that of £386,613 - a 2 % increase on this time last year and £85,552 higher than the national average.
