Marine Estates are now open in Leigh Broadway offering all under one roof the option of a fixed fee or commission from your local high street office, specialising in residential sales, lettings , property management and mortgages.

We recognise how the industry has changed with the advent of the internet and how people are now presented with the choice of an online agency, where you sell for a fixed fee, or use a traditional high street agency for a commission. We recognise what people really want is the best value. To sell or let their property for the best price possible and for a fee that represents the best value for what they need. We recognise that different clients have different requirements and so we have flexible options from where you can choose what service you require but at the same time always maintaining the highest level of customer service from your local high street office.

Based in Leigh On sea we cover Leigh and the surrounding areas but our structure allows us to take instructions also from further afield.

Marine Estates consists of a team of local dedicated sales and lettings professionals who know Leigh and the surrounding areas inside out. The team is headed up by James Bonham,  Director and Sales Manager, and Caroline Horton, Office and Lettings Manager. James has over 12 years’ experience in estate agency having worked for some of the most recognised companies in London in residential sales as a negotiator and sales manager. He grew up in Leigh-On-Sea and went to school here attending West Leigh Junior School and Westcliff High School for Boys. Caroline has worked in the property and finance industry for 40 years this year and has a comprehensive knowledge of all things property related.
