Prost8 First Ever London to Southend Bike Ride!

Starting at West Ham Park in Newham, East London, you will quickly transition to peaceful country roads. Essex unfolds its charm with quaint villages and quiet lanes meandering through the countryside. The journey includes several stops before concluding at Priory Park in Southend. Enjoy music, refreshments, a beer tent, and, of course, a well-deserved medal at the finish line!

The Prost8 team will be with you every step of the way, from first registration to the finishing line! You also will receive help setting up your JustGiving fundraising page.

Places are £30 to register with a commitment to raise at least £250 in sponsorship. The event target of £20,000 will be used to raise awareness of (and to increase access to) minimally invasive focal treatment options for men with prostate cancer. This means minimal side effects so men continue their lives after treatment without affecting lifestyle outcomes.

Special Train runs in the morning from Southend Victoria to Stratford - bikes go free - book when you register.
