Local businesses offering deliveries during the coronavirus outbreak

In the midst of the coronavirus outbreak, small local businesses have been hit heavily. With a lack of footfall and huge decrease in customers, it has become clear that local communities must come together to help those suffering.

At times like this, it's more important than ever for the local community to come together and support our local businesses where possible. In response, a range of Leigh-on-Sea restaurants and businesses have set up delivery services to offer customers the chance to support them. You can still do your bit by purchasing gift cards for future use, buying a takeaway from your local restaurant and spreading the word!

Here is a list of local restaurants and businesses offering delivery services in Leigh-on-Sea. Doggie Den are still open and are now delivering all of your pets needs with contactless payment only - watch out for their new menu which will be published soon!

Osborne Fish is the latest local Leigh-on-Sea family business to offer a free delivery service! The social media post promises a "non-contact delivery service in the local area" for available fish and shellfish. Orders will be taken over the phone via 01702 477387 and will be delivered the next day. Please check their social media pages for up-to-date information.

Vino Vero don't want you missing out on your favourite bottles of wine... and rightly so! With free delivery, Vino Vero has now also reduced the minimum spend to £40 for free delivery within 5 miles. Simply order via the website or call on 01702 808251.

June Glaze Co is set on making sure you can still treat yourself with delicious donuts, now delivered straight to your door!

Worsley Wines, one of Leigh-on-Sea's favourite local, family-run business, will be offering free delivery to those with SS postcodes. There's now no need to worry about your wine stock getting low! You can visit the Worsley Wines website here. Free delivery is automatically selected when you select an SS postcode.

Hugo's Pantry is set to keep your sweet tooth sweet, delivering for free to all orders in Leigh, Chalkwell, Westcliff, Southend & Benfleet.

Hoppily will be keeping your beer collection stocked up with its online delivery option, with free delivery for locals! Beer tasting just got a whole lot easier.

Milly's Deli is offering all of your deli needs, the perfect choice for those working from home in need of a tasty lunch! Please note it is a minimum of £10 for delivery and cash only, call on 01702 474373.

Cook are doing home deliveries free for orders over £85 or free click and collect! 

Leigh Sanctuary are delivering products and gift vouchers to local areas and any gift voucher expiry dates will be extended.

Manoly's are still offering takeaways and deliveries with payments now being taken over the phone and deliveries will be placed on customers' doorsteps before knocking.
