If you like tea, cake, and all things vintage, then there's a lovely monthly event at Elsie's Place cafe that might just be up your street.

On the last Friday of the month, vintage band The Daisy Bowlers play songs from the Charleston to Jive, using 3-part harmonies with ukulele, double bass and guitar.

A popular wedding band, The Daisy Bowlers bring a vintage touch to the already-quirky setting of Elsie's Place, and the events are free to attend (but donations are welcomed in a bowler hat that gets passed round!)

So why not get yourself down to Elsie's Place in Leigh Community Centre for a bit of vintage fun, afternoon tea, and some retro vibes!

Time : 2-4pm,
Free entry.
