The Fishwives Choir

Brilliant to see what was once a small local group that is doing so well and in aid of such a good cause, the emotional turmoil that these wives and their families go through awaiting to hear of their loved ones fate, or those having received devastating news. Created by local lady Jane Dolby who tragically lost her husband Colin a fisherman at sea in 2008, she has pioneered this wonderful group of women. They have a unique bond of singing, supporting themselves and each other, very brave and commendable, and well done lovely ladies!
