Victoria Avenue former office block turned into modern apartments
With a year still due to completion, the developers Heath & Carby behind whats been dubbed 'Southends Mayfair' have revealed that nearly 100 of the flats have already been snapped up with a waiting list in existence for the remaining 240.
The former office blocks will play host to a bar, cafe, food store and coffee shop at the bottom of the development along with a state of the art gym and concierge service for residents.
The flats availability are being released in phases with the third set of prices ranging from £160,000 too £215,000.
