On 6th and 7th July, displayed at The Living Room, Leigh Road, Leigh-on-sea the exhibition ‘Grief from a child’s eyes – let’s talk about the elephant in the room’, featured 20 creative pieces that explored the feelings of local young people who have experienced loss.
Artwork created by children in counselling sessions or wellbeing support groups at Havens Hospices will be featured in the Leigh Art Trail in The Living Room, Leigh Road, SS9 1JE, on the 6th and 7th of July from 10am to 3pm.
The ever popular Leigh Art Trail returns to sunny Leigh-on-sea next week with more events, artists and venues than ever before. The Art Trail showcases the work of contemporary artists, designers and local school children from across our very creative town. The trail kicks off with a free event at 7.30pm on Thursday 4th July with Gaudeamus choir and some of the trail artists performing at St Clement's Church and closes on Sunday 14th July.
