We have taken on 2 completely different properties and they have both gone crazy with potential purchasers wishing to view. It was a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Leigh Hall Road that came on to the market late Tuesday evening for £235,000 and a 3 bedroom semi detached house in Olivia Drive that came on at the same time for £349,995.
By the time you read this I will have hopefully completed the Southend Half Marathon that took place on Sunday.
