Rock Choir

It turns out singing has more benfits than one- with reduced snoring being one of them! Local Rock Choir leader Andrew Small explains: 'singing helps to excercise and strengthen muscles in the soft palette, which is where the snoring vibration occurs. A study carried out by the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, found preliminary evidence that regular singing excercises may benefit people who snore'

Rock choir is the UK's largest contemporary choir, with more then 16,000 in over 250 local communities. There are no auditions or singing requirements to join Rock Choir who meet up for fun friendly rehearsals and taught pop and rock songs.
