Welcome to the Pipe of Port Restaurant & Wine Merchant in the heart of Southend-on-SeaOur crusty old Dickensian candle-lit dining rooms with mahogany tables and sawdust covered floors is one of the most atmospheric venues in town.
All our food is freshly made by ourselves, we use top quality ingredients from some of the best suppliers in the county. In addition to our standard menu we always have a few "specials" and at lunchtime we serve a light lunch/snack menu.
NEW LUNCHTIME MENU NOW BEING SERVED We've upgraded our Lunchtime Menu to include some British Classics with a twist like Scotch Egg & Bloody Mary Ketchup, Pork Pie with Tomato Chutney or a Traditional Ploughman's. Alongside filled Jacket Potatoes, Salads & Sandwiches we're also offering 'Small Plates' so you can dine in a tapas style.
